Buying Bulk Elastic (XEL) and Metal (MTL)

I am searching for bulk sellers of either of these coins. Buying a large amount on Bittrex or another exchange will cost me alot more, due to the spread once I make orders at market rate.

I prefer to deal with a trusted escrow that is on the unofficial list here, or the devs of either coin would work as well. I am only going to pay market rate, I will not overpay.
