Why would altcoins get dumped when the Segwit is related to Bitcoin?

I think the sell-off is more having to do with the ICOs like EOS cashing out.

Well, what is the dominating power of cryptocurrency market sir? It's bitcoin right. Then what's weird that bitcoin segwit panic triggers huge dump on all altcoins? I don't know if you paid attention but they're all in form of Bitcoin parity.

So this is very normal. If bitcoin falls, the rest of them will collapse. More than falling.
