Sounds like an interesting project.

Essentially what you are doing is trying to make a centralized "ring" style horizontal oil well. While your graphs are not incorrect, they are slightly mis-leading as horizontal oil drilling wells already exist and are in production.

Also being in the mining industry I deal with drilling and drilling technologies alot. From what I have seen 99% of the "too good to be true, new technologies" turn out to never materialize.

Of course I wish you the best of luck, but from a real world perspective this fits the too good to be true category.

Couple of Qs:

First, Devin Energy seems to be a front for a US company (http://quotes.wsj.com/DVNGF/company-people), also known as Three Star Drilling, whose street address is an old, semi-abandoned storefront in Sumner Illinois (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Three+Star+Drilling/@38.7150135,-87.8613691,20z/data=!4m13!1m7!3m6!1s0x887221f8e66cda4b:0x22c4a94a94f7b4d6!2s201+S+Christy+Ave,+Sumner,+IL+62466!3b1!8m2!3d38.7150661!4d-87.8616632!3m4!1s0x887221f8e154fecf:0x60bc8cb066849346!8m2!3d38.7150366!4d-87.861477), whose real-world stock price has been falling, more or less, for at least the past 5 years (https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/DVNGF:US --> select 5Y period), and whose website (http://home.earthlink.net/~oil/index.html) looks like it was made by the Time Cube guy. Now, all that aside, these guys may well have the expertise to pull this off, and I'm not saying they don't. But as an investor, what evidence is there to support this being a realistic project? Are there concrete examples of past successes by this company?

Second, assuming we think they do have what it takes to pull this off, why participate in this ICO, vs. purchasing the company's real-life stock at its current price of ~5 cents a share? The latter would also get around the 'no US residents' rule (which seems odd anyway, considering Siggins is in the US). I'm guessing it has to do with the need to raise a significant chunk of start-up capital, which would be a lot harder to do in the 'real world' given the apparent lack of track record.
