Hello, from what you said you are gonna need 100 million raise due to some regulatory banking requirements. What happens if you don't raise this amount of money in your ICO? Is there any guarantee for the investors?

Has the date to run ICO been set in stone or not yet ? There are lot of good updates and things around about the project but still no words about the crowdfunding round. Can we expect any update coming out on this thing within next 2 weeks ? I hope this will not be next year.
