If you have capital can use arbitrage form this difference in prices across the exchanges. I see this as opportunity to buy from one and to sell with profit on other. You will do two good good by doing so first getting profit while helping market to get some volume as well. There is nothing wrong as exchanges are independent and own price mechanism based on volume and users.

I have no account on Simex exchange but today when I check there exchange i found there is very low BID, There is only 2 buy order. so I think this exchange volume is fake.I am adding a photo here for more details:

I am enjoying this recently started series of blockchain fundamental courses. I have seen it and have enjoyed a lot even you have few good years in the space. Whenever someone watch this kind of stuff in open up your mind at other level because you watch things now from different aspect. I was forced to smile, what you wrote. You're right that not many people know about this technology (at least my surroundings).  And this in spite of the fact that this has already existed, far from one year. And from this it is pleasant that there is a feeling that i are at the origins of something grand. This feeling does not leave me as before, and I think that this feeling is an inspiration for many of the enthusiasts in this space.
