If there will be a war between these two great countries, then the world will truly be affected. There are a lot of countries that are depending on China when it comes to manpower for their electronic assemblies. I don't know about India.

If China and India start a war agaisnt each other, This means that Doomsday has already arrived. As being most crowded countries of the world, The war between them sounds the death knell for our planet for sure.

I don't think that there is much of a possibility of war between these two nations. Earlier there was a possibility, when China was having nukes and India was not having them. But now India has also become a nuclear nation.

Its very unlikely, both great powers have interests elsewhere, than on their mutual borders.

I highly doubt a traditional war will erupt between two world powers. It will simply be too devastating to economies which are highly interconnected in 2017. With that said, a trade war or proxy war is far more likely and just as messy often times. A trade war is where I would put my money in the future. China and India are two very similar nations I could see them feuding in the near future.

A trade war is very much possible, given that India is one of the top importers of Chinese electronics and household appliances. India can impose a tariff on the Chinese made goods, including electronics and steel.

China must have some incredible military power to challenge countries like japan, india, philippines and even USA all at once. I think the reason why there being aggressive and invading islands and expanding their territory is they're planning to build some military base more like they're preparing for war or just stepping into weak countries because they know that it has no power to fight back. I think china is provoking india to fight, if the indian soldiers fight back then china might also like this circumtances because that's what they planned to do from the start. It means this chinese wants war and will take any countries resources or just want want war for the countries resources.

I think that China and India, the two countries will not war, will be a peaceful solution to the problem, on the one hand the war will only bring suffering to the people, on the other hand it will make the two countries' national strength decline. I think these two countries will think of this problem.

It never was and it never will be. And I don't think India and China will be at war. There perhaps are some tensions but I doubt it would lead to that. These countries have two of the largest standing armies in the world and imagine if they'd go head to head with each other. It would be disastrous especially to their Asian neighbors.

I hope there will not be any war between china and india. But as per news from the officials at the border it seems that india has deployed more 2500 soilders to the border. The reason that india have deployed the forces in the border is because China was trying to laid road in Doka la in Bhutan which belongs to India but China claims that the region belongs to them. However, there is tension which prevails between both countries.

Both are nuclear nations, and a war between these two nations can mean mutually assured destruction (MAD). I don't care much. India is not a problem. But the Chinese have been bullying the small Asian nations for the past many decades.

Calm down, there's not going to be a war. These two countries have one of the greatest militaries in the world, so a war would completely destroy them and make them struggle for decades to rebuild.
Also, I don't believe every single Indian out there would be happy to die for his country. That's a bit of an overestimation.

imho, war is never the solution .,

there will be no war, India has always been a peace loving nation and will never take a first step. China on the other hand can't risk thier whole economy on a single war, india can recover(economy depending mostly on agriculture) but china will take much longer.

Both of them going at war will be pretty much  WW3
