Hello. My name is Anastasia Luksha. I am CEO of NSI academy.
We’ve created online nail school for nail technicians and everybody who wants to learn manicure and nail art.
The average price of studying in beauty schools in the US is currently between 10,000-20,000 USD. Our goal is to make nail education more affordable and available for everyone - regardless of their age, location, physical abilities, etc.

I am in Nail Business since 2004. I started to host live classes in 2007 and online classes in 2014. Our Russian project called «Beauty Masters» was a big success, as nobody was providing online nail classes at the time. I was travelling a lot to take part in competitions and beauty expo and figured out that there are many nail technicians in the US who are complaining about the current educational system. Beauty schools give them good knowledge about salon safety, skin care, anatomy but not enough real practice skills.
They have to attend different workshops later from more experienced nail technicians.
We organized our first online webinar in English in December 2014 and had hundreds of participants from all parts of the world.

Now we have nine online classes covering different topics and will launch five more by the end of 2017.

My artworks and articles were published in many leading industry magazines, including

We haven’t set ICO date yet. We are now researching the demand for such investments within the cryptocommunity.
I noticed that most projects are FinTech. I decided to create something that would bring beauty and technology together.
If we decide to go for the ICO, we’ll have a preliminary sale first. After the pre-sale, we are going to issue tokens secured by shares. Quarterly dividends will be paid on shares.

We are going to provide bounties for community management, social network activities, bitcointalk activities, etc.

Also, after the ICO we will be hiring new team members.

I am total newbie to cryptocommunity.

I can say that this project is very promising.
This will help a lot of individuals who are into the nail industry that can't afford to educate themselves in high price.
Though a lot of youtube tutorial videos are already out there, one advantage that I can see here is that of the certificate that they can get from attending these classes.
However, this should be affordable to an average individual that wanted to get their professional certification, so this will be attractive to them.
Also, I haven't seen in the whitepaper the attached certifications of Ms. Anastasha Luksha, to add her credibility in running this NSI Academy.  She should have her own certifications also. It's better to add those certifications in the whitepaper.

Tuition in US beauty schools generally range from $10,000 – $20,000 for a 6-month program. Upon completion, students are then required to pass the state exam to obtain their license.
We are working to certify online classes as an alternative to traditional beauty schools to make it available for everybody. Our full 6-month program will cost only $1,000, which is far more affordable and convenient, especially for those who can’t attend a physical beauty school location.
The average price for each 6-month long-term online class at NSI Academy is $400. The price for each mini class is $30.
Currently, 130 students are attending online classes. We plan to enroll 1,000 new students by Q2 2018.
Competitors and large companies have recently begun to show an increased interest in the online education market. We plan to capture
