Would it be possible to have a wikipedia type coin?

anyone could change the code to do whatever they wanted, people could feel free to change it back or let the change stand.

maybe have a framework for a coin, and have some variables in the code changeable?

could be crazy at first, then maybe settles down after a while?
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.
