As a newbie how concerned are you against theft, the con, lack of trust?

I really want to know.  I have spent months pouring over bitcoin, the other cryto-currencies, the exchanges, the news, the highs and the lows.  I know the fear!

Don't get blindsided by something you didn't know by checking out this free lecture site all about understanding that which we love... currency freedom.

How many times are we going to read about someone getting burned on a trade?
Where does reputation and good standing come into play with anon services?
