You could try checking on ETC, Nano, Poliniex, Bittrex these are really worth investing coins with a very reasonable amount to invest on. Or much better if you regularly monitor the prices of the alternate coins in the coinmarket. You could make an analysis there regarding which coins you preferred the most.

I don't know how low is your capital is as what what you said on your post but you can get a very low price of coins by buying coins in an on going ico because after the ico coins got a higher price.
