at which (average) price does ETH mining makes sense with Graphic cards and at which it doesnt?

Price is only one factor when mining and is only relevant to those who trade or sell what they mine. More important is difficulty, which has a direct impact in the number of coins you can accumulate through mining.

But my question was also partly bcs I want to know when the GPUs are going to drop in price? Like at which rate of ETH are the ppl going to sell them ?

There's a lot of information that goes into that decision.  Use one of the many mining calculators to put in various hashrates, electricity costs, equipment costs, and fees such as pool fees.  Many of them will give you estimates based on current difficulties, and a few will attempt to project difficulty over time.  Start with whattomine.com
