Here in Siberia (Russia) we have $0,016 per 1kW and -35°C in winter.

Does anyone wants to move his mining centre to our miners-paradise-location?
If so send me a direct message.

Feel free to ask any questions right in this topic.

Very funny! Earlier Russian force sent to Siberia prisoners, and now I propose to go there voluntarily. Besides 0,16 USD per 1 kilowatt of electricity is very expensive. In Siberia there is the opportunity to produce electricity, but even that will not entice people there.
