Best would be to try to contact their support and see if they will enable you. In my opinion this is not possible, but who knows maybe they will allow this if you contact them, I am not sure how clear are they for what they state for minimum payout - is it hard to try to change this by contacting them.

no you can not, just keep mining and you will get it when you reach the threshold, i think they did this to avoid overloading of their server, with too many requests that was done automatically, there was some ddos i remember
