I hate to do this in the forum, but I've emailed all your staff and filled out your form twice.
Besides for me, I know of a few traders who are waiting 30+ days to get their accounts verified.

I've emailed you my drivers license, articles of incorporation, banks statements, and more than I am required to.

How do you expect us to do serious trading when I can't withdraw more than 10k a month, we need 10k a day!

I understand that you have strict anti-laundering, AML, KYC, and anti-fraud policys, however when you give us instructions on verifying accounts please stick to them.

Fyi how long it took my other accounts to get verified.

Paxum: 48 hours
TradeHill: 24 Hours
Dwolla: 24 hours.
Mt.Gox: 10+ days for me so far.

I apologize in advance for bothering the community if this dosen't apply to you, but its difficult to set up a Bitcoin related business when the exchanges don't hold up their end of the bargain.

Mt.Gox take my money!!!

EDIT: Yes, we have been sing IRC to contact him as well.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I know this isn't what you want to do, but you can try contacting MagicalTux on IRC when they wake up in a few hours.

Sounds like the dude has a lot on his plate.

Acquiring bitomat.pl..
Dealing with banks in Europe...
Accounting/Security...

He should be quicker but yeh he has a lot on his plate before he can get to dessert.

Just be persistant, I guess.

Be humble!

It's been around 10 days for me as well. No end answer, nothing pretty much. Tried in every way you can imagine including IRC.

After a couple of days they gave me at the support, this link: https://mtgox.zendesk.com/entries/20251501-aml-request-increase-transaction-limits

But no answer from there as well.

Who is auditing the money from you and I and others that are placed at Mt.Gox?

I got the same response, after 2 days I got that link as well and filled it out.

He has alot on his plate, but being the largest exchange dosent he have a responsibility? I know a trader who is waiting almost 30 days and does on avg 10k in trading a day.

I really can't wait much longer, if he dosen't get back to us, BitInstant can't support Mt.Gox which will be a huge blow to his business

Mt.Gox already has some 80% of the market, so maybe it would be great if some other exchanges get a little bigger. I mean I like Mt.Gox, but bitcoin as a whole should not depend as much as it does on one single exchange.
That being said, have you considered adding Ruxum? I think they have the cleanest interface as of now, and already 9 currencies. And it "feels" professional. Only thing is it seems that it is not that easy (fee-wise) to transfer money in and out - maybe a perfect fit for your business.

Can and will are two totally different things.  Gox seems to be taking on too much new stuff w/o proper staffing and procedures to cover things.  As a new bitcoin miner and user my last experience with things taking about 2 weeks to get me my money on Gox have soured me to that exchange.  I moved everything over to Tradehill and will proceed from there, no interest in going back at this point.

Stop whining and spend your bitcoins on the market not exchanging back into different money. Or start your own exchange.
