Need help on two business ideas.

Hi all!
My questions are
Who would offer
There are two ideas
But both need to raise money
1 idea - in many sites
The subject of which is the provision of any services
Example: a girl in England gives up the names of the Chinese
In the US, selling parcels for enemies
Send someone their favorite toy
Which photograph in another country
Because they can't go on vacation.
The essence of my ideas, suitable to the last example
In our city, the biggest zoo in the country
Many here can't get.
Covers an area of 63 hectares, it contains about 11,000 specimens of 756 species. More than 350 species listed in the International red book.
As there is a LIGER, which gave birth, first in the world.
The essence of the idea, the creation of the website, with restricted access, and the sale of tickets for entrance,
the resource will be located, video and photos of the animals from the zoo.
The collection of money, this won't be a problem, you have to ask anybody else.
The problem in the site if the collection is implemented, how much it needs money.

And found that the school bloggers, creating a website, spent (3000$), this is the site design and all the features, but it was long ago, now,
created a website where it is better placed
paid hosting or buy a server and install it.
In General, think, what other problems can occur.
Those who will help to collect, get discounts or VIP membership on the website. Depending on the contribution.

The second idea
To take in hands a metal detector and go looking for valuable coins, which the country very much.
Good metal finder is (us$1,500)+
Need clothing and frequent trips
It is better to take cheap car
Are these in the medium variant (1,000-1,500$)
Just have to pay people in the archives,
I would take maps of the area, the time of the 1700s to help you find the masonry with coins
Sample ash 1 ruble worth in the country for collectors (7,000$)
There is less expensive there,
There ideas, the same need who can help.

I have few remarks you should count with.

Idea 1 - Not sure if understand correctly. Taking your ZOO example ...  Do you want to make some sort of virtual tour through the ZOO?
If so and you want to make business of it I guess you would need ZOO approval/collaboration otherwise you can face lawsuit. I would first discuss this with the ZOO management.

Idea 2 - In my country finding a precious coins, historical items etc. and not informing relevant authorities (museum, conservationists ...) is a felony ( you can only claim small reward as a finder ). So you should first inform hows it going in your country.
Also I think there is already lot of people with detector around the world and mostly doing this as a hobby rather than business. In other words, profitability is not guaranteed.

This ideas are really crazy and sick but i like them. Every unusual idea is good, I would like help you but in my country it is impossible. So i wish much succeses.
