Have the ICO of Qvolta not noticed. But after gathering some information about the project, I have to say I like it very much and keep it in mind. It could be very successful in the future.
Few people understood this and therefore the developers received little funding. It's good that you understand this over time and you can still buy tokens at a small price. |

how come middleman tokens have any value, i mean your platform could be very successful, but i dont see how this could transfer to tokens, actually i cannot find any value in most tokens (erc20), this is not stock, investor has no share in your company and this is not bond, there is no obligation to pay interests and primary, just pump and dump?

QVT token is utility token, it actually has a real use case. Traders pay for tariffs in order to execute trades on a platform. This economic system is way more efficient and cheaper than compared to localbitcoins (just an example). But what you are talking about is a security. If company paying you some interests and dividends thought its native tokens - that company will have problems with Howey test. You will have problems with SEC and potentially your token will be delisted from exchanges who don't want troubles and so on. |
