Blockchain needed for ICO and money system. What do you mean for free, we need to collect money to trade with big amount of BTC. Every ICO investor will be the co-owner of fund and will get 25% profit. Real CASH, not just buy Token and wait for miracle.

He's asking for escrow for assurance purposes. Not all people can meet you in real life, and even if they meet you in real life, there's no guarantee that you will not screw people.
Paying 25% of profits (but  with the exception of 20% tax)....  
In FAQs, only one investment was mentioned in #4. Of course, you will not let others know about your failed investments.
And from your end - trade that will undergo losses is unlikely to happen  
You can't assure revenue growth in the future, as if your promising that you will never fail in your life. That's ridiculous.
