Some points to be noted.
1. If you think you're a noob in this matter then start with altcoin section rather than bitcoin. Go to marketplace for altcoins section, you'll see a lot of social media campaigns. Of course they pay in ICO tokens or unlisted coins but they accept you even if you're a jr member and have less followers.

2. You can try for signature campaigns in bitcoin section but don't make too many posts in bounty threads as managers need quality posts in different sections of the forum.

3. Take some time but build your account wisely, don't just get into followback maze. It'll ruin your account.

Followback maze means to increase the followers in a short time people just follow everyone who can followback for you. Those are not quality audience and campaign managers don't like that kind of followers.

Yes you can join in social media campaign even your rank is only newbie, you need facebook or twitter account which is required to be able to join. As long as you meet  all the requirements to join,your good to go.

As a newbie, I have already participated in some social media campaigns, therefore, I don't think that you really have to be high ranking in order to be able to participate in some. Some social media campaigns requires jr. member rank or higher, and some don't. Social media campaign is one of the easiest campaigns or task that you can participate in here. Basically the campaigns just want you to post or share something about their company or they will just ask you to retweet their tweets, so it is really easy, I suggest you should try it now.

Social media campaign means you have to promote their website or post into various social media like Facebook twitter LinkedIn etc.If you complete all task properly, they will pay you with bitcoin or alt coin. Its very easy task ever i have seen. Its also a great way for make money in this forum.just read the campaign manager post carefully and complete the task.

Most newbie are given to follow social media campaigns, but there are some managers who do not allow the newbie to participate, it is to avoid the scammers, the newbie to jr member also does not take much time

But obviously  here should keep more programs for newbie.

Social media campaign is promoting a project through social media as what it's called. Some projects also have a minimum rank requirement to participate in social media campaign. But most accepts newbie ranks as long as you have a facebook or twitter accounts to promote their project. You can earn bounties by sharing and like on their every post.

People in this forum who are having a hard time for the signature campaigns can choose instead to concentrate on social media promotional bounties. But in most cases you will not be paid by Bitcoin but by the same coin/token you are promoting.

Now, what should you do if you are serious into this? You must increase your followers in Twitter by following people who are also into concurrency or Bitcoin. Same thing with Facebook...increase your friends. The more followers and friends the better is your chance to get accepted and earn some coin/token. Goodluck.

There are some sites that allow newbies to participate in their signature ad-campaign but the reward or earnings are too low compared to that of ranking members. To join social media campaigns such as fb campaign and twitter campaign, you need to have an account with large number of followers or friends to be accepted. The account musnt contain any personal info of you. Newbies like us can participate in this kind of campaigns. But the payment is not that high compared to signature campaigns which you can partipate once you reach jr member rank,  at least. So my advice is to focus on leveling your account and growing opportunities will follow. Goodluck

I would focus on joining Social media accounts if you already have 300+ followers on twitter and over 300+ friends on facebook there is actually lots of new ICO looking for people look under Alt coins --> bounties.

Common social media that is being used in service is Facebook & Twitter. It's the easiest and fastest way to make a quick bucks if you ask me. As long as you meet the required rank & followers then you can join the campaign easily.
