Poloniex Deposit Issue Not Credited After 24 Hours

I deposited a total of 0.85 ether to Poloniex.

But Poloniex doesn't show a history of it depositing and my balance is still the same. It's been 24 hours now and I've sent a ticket to Poloniex support... but no response.

Does this happen often? Am I going to lose my Ether.

According to them, you have to deposit minimum 0.50 ETH to get your balance updated but If I remember correctly it used to be 1 ETH. Might be they have just lowered the minimum amount without updating their script to detect or etc.

You can deposit more to make it atleast 1 ETH in total, poloniex haven't moved your coin yet to their wallet so might be they still require 1 ETH.

I deposited 0.65 and 0.2 so that makes 0.85 total. Been about 36 hours now and support hasn't gotten back to me. Really irritating!

Has anyone got confirmation that credits above 1 ETH are still working, I've been stuck with this for so 5 days without reply on my ticket, I've just been using btc to avoid taking the risk...

That really sucks. 48 hours now for me. No reply. It's not much... but I bought enough to position myself nicely. Sucks that I couldn't catch the peak yesterday.

I tried to deposit 1 ETC into my Poloniex account and 36 hours later it still has not shown.  I submitted a ticket but have not received a response yet either.

Tickets seem to be taking forever on poloniex. I'd suggest abandoning ship so you don't have to worry if this is an exit strategy.

This is where the troll box becomes very useful. Mods there can easily check your account and fix the issue in minutes. I heard other issues from verified accounts have a quicker response time. Try uploading your ID and proof of address.
