hi guys right now im currently holding

stratis, ioc, steem, sys and zen(mining it)

im also thinking about ark and monero

are all of these coins good or is it just a pump and dump ( obviously i dont suspect monero of pump and dump )

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

This industry is all about doing your own research and coins you think will be worth more in the future.

For example, I only invest in coins that have tech that I understand. My biggest holders are Lisk, Stratis and Golem, because I understand exactly what they are doing and when they do large releases in the near future, I know for a fact that their price and demand will rise.

In my personal opinion, mining too competitive and I believe that buying the coin at a good price is cheaper anyways.

If you believe in the tech behind the coins you mentioned and believe that they will be successful projects in 12+ months from now, then yes, they will be good holds and should be worth 100% or more than what they are now due to the ever increasing total market capitalization.

Dont think that the coins are dumped. Because most of the time, these coins progress everytime. You just need to wait a couple of days or maybe months. But just to make sure, invest on different coins as much as you can.

Since you are asking, Ark might be the one that would make you the most money out of those selections because they have people working on the coin and the community around it is pretty active especially within their thread on Bitcointalk.
Monero is another money maker though there is just so many people using as a payment method so the price of it is really unstable in the long-term. I would choose Ark out of every one of those.

I think most of them are just pump and dump. If you really want a good profit, you must be really active on the news or what might happen in that coin. There are times that some altcoins just pump arter it's release, when the users take advantage of it, the coin dumps.

This is just my opinion, but replace ioc and sys, I dont think they are good for long term holding. Ark is the best among the choices because it has a lot of support from it's community and monero are sometimes used as a payment method. Stratis, steem and zen are quite good too but always be on the watch for news about them so that you can dump when you needed to.

stratis - It's definitely a good one, I also have some.

ioc - I don't have information.

steem - Another good one that I also have. The team is working great and keep the community updated.

ark - I had joined its ico, I also consider it as a good one.

monero - I'm mining it, if you're interested in privacy type coins, this is a good one.

Yes, because it is useful for him especially when the family needs the coin to help you, and you will also be able to help with your needs so you can help the coin in the future

I do not know if the altcoin you mentioned is good or not, because as altcoin users we must always be active and always looking for the latest info how to develop it

Waves, Antshares/Neo , Stratis, Status, BAT, Ark and Siacoin all seem good long-term to me.

I had hopes for Syscoin and Ripple long-term aswell.

I think the Dent project is a good coin for a long term because it will disrupt the mobile data industry where users will be able to trade their unused data. A big and exciting challenge to achieve! Go Dent! ICO started!

Best coins so far holding long term price value in my opinion on your is Monero. Litecoin prices drops and rises so with Etherium. So hold on to those coins.

I like the idea behind Dent, I just dont know how they will get the mobile carriers to agree to allow their customers unused data to be sold.
