Waves doesn't seem to have a future. I don't recommend investing in Waves. It is not an opponent of Ethereum, and the gap between them is huge.

It's probably very obvious to choose, just need to check prices and capitalizations to understand that ethereum is to high from waves nowadays. Ethereum is the most promising coin on altcoins market.

Like when a token is base on waves platform this token just end up a shitcoin like it didn't grow especially its value even though there's a community that supported it.

Why are so many people doubting Ethereum all of a sudden? The number of threads opened recently regarding this topic is crazy
The market will recover again. It is a normal situation. that is why I advise hodl all your coins at the moment. Ethereum has and will be one of the most popular cryptocurrencies thanks to its revolutionary features, dedicated developers, big community support etc.

I will go for ethereum over waves if am to pick between the two as ethereum has proved to be a very stable and good promising coin in the cryptocurrency market. Though it is attributed to its epitlistic rise and fall but going by the history, it has also proved that it can rise against all odds. Though I don't know much about waves but I think ethereum has been in the market long enough to gain my trust.

I myself have heard that it is likely that ethereum will be the greatest candidate to compete with waves so that many people are starting to use ethereum to do transactions.

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
What a promising sentence I would say
I really doubt that any other cryptocurrency can beat Ethereum, at least not in the nearest future

Yes
Ethereum stores state of all contracts in a single blockchain. This is conceptually nice and convenient. Ethereum has done so well because it was first to market and has a very strong team. I love Ethereum, the technology. There will be more products ETH,ETC.And investor want to make residual income.

It seems to me that such a comparison is definitely not right, because it's like comparing a giant and a person, because today ETH is a giant, and Waves is a corresponding person, I mean the size and popularity in general

At the moment, Ethereum is much more spreaded than Waves, so it is rather hard to say whether WAVES will replace ETH in the future. Personally, is like the both projects and I hold their coins.

In terms of ranking, ETH is clearly the winner.
Maybe waves is undervalued but as of this time it's still above ICO price, ETH has really improve or develop a lot already while waves is quite sleeping.

I don't think so, Ethereum is the king of all altcoins, and Ethereum is more promising than Waves, i don't believe that Waves will surpass Ethereum in the future because i believe that our future is Ethereum and Bitcoin. Fhis two coins will lead us to success in crypto.

Waves is a good coin and have good potential in the future but if Waves wants to replace Ethereum I think it's very difficult because of the huge price difference, Ethereum has got a lot of trust from so many people so I think it's very difficult Waves beat Ethereum.

Looking at the remarks of Sasha (CEO of Waves Platform), I cannot think WAVES is hostile to Ethereum.
Rather, Waves seems to be looking for a way to coexist with ETH, just like a side chain.

Think of it as a good project for both, with the second goal creating the same platform for the token respectively.

ETH
1. because most coins wear an erc20 token in which the coin is developed by an ETH token
2. stable ETH price that can be made accumulated new coin ratio in price target.

Waves
there are actually waves but unfortunately in the development waves tend to be cheap so less in the interest for the developers of new and crypto tokens.

but now waves are starting to grow. It's because of the smart contract system used on its blockchain ETH, so almost all projects use ETH and sometimes there are projects that use Wallet WAVES but a little less that follow, and so far many people invest ETH.
And if every project sends our tokens directly to the Exchanger then automatically we do not know what if our tokens are in and we also do not know token into the exchanger where.

waves will not be able to take the place of Ethereum, because eth is more technological and popular.

Waves is a very good project. But the developers of the waves too slowly created smart contracts. Etherium has become much more popular over the past time. But the waves have the opportunity to become one of the largest decentralized exchanges.
