I think both of them are good and worth keeping them in your wallet. I don't expect Waves to overtake Ethereum, but still they will grow no less than Ethereum.

Projects are compared for a very long time, but those who understand that these projects as a whole are not supposed to do this, let's look at the use of projects on a global scale, do you think Waves is leading? Grin

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

How could it be compared? Waves is not even close to the ETH. Where did you get this information or did you make it up?

A year has passed since the publication of this post, and Waves still does not even approach Ethereum. I remember people saying that Waves at the end of this year will cost $100, but I'm increasingly doubting it, because Waves is slowly developing. And it will not surpass Ethereum, because Ethereum has a much larger community and stronger team than Waves.

While I like Waves and its decentralized platform and other benefits of its exchange but I still think Ethereum will be hard to beat. There are some ICO projects who have begun to use Waves platform to create their tokens but Ethereum's usability and acceptance around the world are going to difficult to chase down. Some people say that they see EOS beating Ethereum blockchain in near future which is also a laughable idea to have. EOS already has some bugs problem while the Eye of SEC is on EOS. So I don't think EOS will even come closer to Ethereum.

I like both  ethereum and  vitalik, but the ethereum could pull many other tokens, and the revival in the market will benefit us all. The development team is excellent, the plans for the future are grand, a great prospect, but because of the fall of bitcoin, the ethereum can not grow now.

To be honest.. You can not compare these two coins. You just look at how much ICO are on Eth platform and much less on the Wawes platform

ETH has numerous user so they have potential chance to get more attention from customers. Most of the ICO deals with etherum so its popularity it too much than waves. It can't compare with waves though waves is aslo good coins.

ethereum blockchain and smart contracts have been under usage of so many projects for more than one year. it is proved and very popular. vitalik is a very smart guy, he knows what to do. on the other hand waves was overrated last year. but i dont remember any successful waves ico at all.

if I think ethereum will be able to survive with rising waves because ethereum coin is important also qualified but I do not guarantee because no one knows the fate of all coin in the future will be, but I am sure it can and will continue to grow in spite of the many rivals or public problems ico.

I know that Waves platform has their own decentralized exchange while Ethereum doesnt have it.
So when you want to buy Waves this is the most safe way how to do it Wink.

Ethereum with their smart contracts and a network with so many giant projects inside. Waves have its own network too but with still growing project. I like Waves because it is a decentralized trading platform and I believe this is going to be big soon.

Maybe it will be like that in the future, but for now maybe everyone is trying to be more efficient. The Ethereum platform is more popular, and probably more tokens are transacted. Waves are very potential and may be real competitors for Ethereum, but I think it still takes a long time to take Ethereum's place.

Waves gained momentum last year, but unfortunately some other Altcoins like Neo also make community share support. And recently Waves got hacking problems. But I believe from the investor's point of view, the potential of Waves is still very large, because marketcap is still quite small.

no, I do not think Waves will be the next Ethereum let alone replace Ethereum's position as the best altcoin. I further believe that Waves can approach Ethereum instead of replacing it. because it is not easy, it will take a long time to replace Ethereum.

The waves and ethereum are now far behind because the price of ethereum is much higher today and since then I think it's just following the ethereum in bitcoin so there's no doubt that you'll earn more in ethereum than the waves.

If we compare between ethereum with waves of course ethereum is far superior to waves,
because ethereum for now is arguably the best altcoin with so of course its future no doubt
