ethOS +ETH mining RX580 : how can I set mem cor value to ethOS?

hello I wanna ask I put "mem cor pwr" setting in local.conf but the value not apply and working in minestat and GPU.
how can I run (cor mem pwr) setting to ethOS ? I can apply "fan" setting to minestat and GPU.
Permission problem??
which is high priority globalcore and "cor" setting?

I tried both miner software claymore and etheminer and same result.

Environment:ethOS 1.2.3 asrock H110 PRO BTC+ , NITRO+ RX580, ethOS, mining ETH + (tested claymore and etherniner)
