If you are shopping on aliexpress AVOID this seller: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/628736?spm=a2g17.10010108.0.0.ILcQgcHe sold me old and inoperable miners. First he has been changeing the shipping date all the time, claiming that there was out of stock, and then sent the last day possible. Miners arrived faulty, he didnt respond to my messages, after Aliexpress intervention he pretended not to know what was going on, because the merchandise has worked smoothly for a long time. I ask how is it possible, since before the shipment he claimed that hes out of stock, so shipping is delayed .... Of course he did not respond. Now as I opened the dispute and managed to return the money, I sent back miners that the seller received 3 days ago, but so far he do not want to confirm receipt of the shipment. Only aliexpress interventions force him to do anything or reply to the message. After three days he wrote that he had to test the miners and it would take 20 days .... although the device does not work! He still did not confirm receipt. |

Was only a few days ago a thread went through the cons to buying from Aliexpress: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1965188.0Wasn't you covered by some kind of trade assurance? Have you contacted Aliexpress to see if they can help? I guess if hes shipped the parcel and you've received, then it's going to be difficult to claim. |

It seems to be a common feature for a lot of people here. Newbies = dumb is their philosophy. To reference quote someone's signature, if you run into a lot of idiots on a daily basis, you're the idiot :p. @OP lessons to be learnt, escrow costs you a bit of money but better to be safe than sorry. |

Status isn't worth much around here. Take it as a life lesson, I've been scammed, as well as many others on here. Don't part with your money in the hopes of buying a "money printing" devices. People are preying on people such as yourself and making money from it. I think what unacceptable was trying to get across, is that Escrow is a must in crypto. The companies that are reputable are very limited these days. Be careful and do due diligence. |

Transaction is secured by Aliexpress, so i'm not worried, i just warn others. Many bitcointalk forum users buy miners on aliexpress, and this vendor is one of the biggest miners seller there. So I inform that when you buy goods from this seller you can expect the old used inoperative equipment and the problem with return of goods.... No problem with claims there. You open dispute (you have 7 days after receive the order to do it, after it your money goes to the seller), submit evidence, aliexpress is an arbitrator on this case. Then they give You 7 days for send returned goods, and then seller got 25 days for confirm that he received it. This vendor is malicious and doesnt want to confirm receipt of the shipment although I have a confirmation from UPS which I have pasted as proof in the case. He can do that becouse he got 25 days for confirmation of receiving devices, no matter he received it week ago. |

C'mon, i got acount on aliexpress from 2014 and got lvl A3 there, almoust like his "legendary" here  But it still not avoid me to sooner or later i might get to cheater, especialy if he got 95% possitive feedback. I can handle it, but can be someone here who doesnt so good to warn him in the forum. |

Thats why schould be here topic about unreliable sellers. Aliexpress is ok, you are 100% covered up to completing the order. In case like mine You loosing time, nerves and your money are almoust 2 months freezed. How much time is 2 months people who mine cryptocoins know best |

Use these guys they are honest they do refund back your BTC for any miner they can't get they take your payment on and those miners are the same ones sold as new and are new ... not used .... https://www.eastshore.xyz/I bought a A4 off them i got it when they said i would ... they re funded every one back at one time for L3 that bitmain pulled and they sell BTC Miners..... if your gonna by a btc miner why not by the https://canaan.io/ AvalonMiner 741 for 714 US plus shipping ......direct from Avalon they are more trust worthy and offer a better miner over Bitmain's . |
