guys, im a noob, as the name states Smiley) I actually picked the name because no matter where I go from here, I will still be a noob for getting into mining as late as 2013 Sad
anyway, moving along to the question at heart, Ive been mining with bitminter for some, overall I like it, but the pay per last share part doesnt seem very good for me as I am an occasional miner (no, not a hopper Tongue). so I decided to give slush a try, looks good so far and seems their score method will suit me better, but I notice that guiminer gives about 165mhs for my hd7770 (stock 1ghz core), while bitminter's client showed 186, quite a big difference to be honest and I wonder why
now you cant mod bitminter, settings are what they are, but I wonder, should I change some settings for guiminer ? I have the latest ver, it has default settings, no extra flags
so my main and original question, should I throw some flags in there ? say intensity ? and another thing, should I use openCL or CG ?

Thanks in advance Smiley

me, noob
