I have found out the same thing (no coins where stolen, I test all alt coins in a VM before using)

It checks to see if you have a bitcoin wallet.dat, and if you do it uploads it to this page: http://bitcoin-ticker.netne.net/u.php

IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED YACOIN WINDOWS BINARY MAKE SURE TO UNINSTALL, GET A NEW WALLET.. SEND COINS TO NEW WALLET! DON'T LET THE THIEVES STEAL YOUR BTC

I don't see Yacoin.exe accessing my bitcoin wallet.dat via process monitor. Could you tell me exactly which .exe you are using? Could you give me the MD5 or SHA-1 hash of the Yacoin.exe that supposedly stole your wallet?

Confirmed, it accesses my wallet.dat and tries to upload it to a netne.net site. My wallet is encrypted.

Can you please tell me what software are you using for this? I want to check it.

IF this is a fake where that 'marketing service' ran by douchebags is trying to kill a coin, then I say admins need to ban ALL the accounts posting about theft, and their IP's.

This is a lie.  No reputable tester has found any issues with the *original* windows client
