Each country has different regulatory policies for casinos, and will it be different? I doubt how long this project will last in this country

Bitdice has already been around since 2014 and is here to stay. I'm also not sure which country you are referring to.

About Exchanges. Which exchanges you planing will add for trading? I see - you planning dividend, but many big exchanges no love dividend. For example, Bittrex : "Note that we cannot list currencies where its primary purpose is to support illegal gambling, illegal drug sales, or any other activity that is illegal in our jurisdiction. We also cannot list currencies that would be construed as a security such as digital currencies that promise/market profits or represent shares of a company. At our discretion, we may require an additional compliance fee for listing. These happen in the extraordinary cases where your coin's use case is extremely complex and requires significant research by our staff to determine suitability. " https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854-Submitting-a-Coin-to-BittrexIt would be hard for us to get an immediate access to the biggest exchanges due to the nature of our business. We should prove our commitment and have legal structure before applying for listing. It will depend on whether we succeed in raising the sufficient amount of capital. Before that, we expect our tokens be traded on other less regulated exchanges and we'll keep you informed about the progress of its admission

A successful casino running for years is going to share 70% of profit with their tokens holders is great deal. The raised money through ICO will be used expand the business. It should a successful crowdfunding campaign by achieving the maximum target in shortest possible time period.
