You can join Twitter, Youtube, Translation or Blogs/News Campaign.You can't join only Signature Campaign, you need to be at least Jr. member for that...

Currently, only BTC, ETH, DOGE, and LTC are accepted.

The ICO begins on August 15th so likely all the issue with BTC should be resolved by then. If you are worried about it spending in BTC, you can use one of the other currencies listed instead.

ICO doesn't begin till 15th, you have plenty of time. You can use other currency if you aren't comfortable using BTC.

Could you refer to any legitimate links regulating the ICOs to prove your statement?

There are dozens of successfully run ICOs with a similar dividend structure. We believe it depends on the jurisdiction. And to be clear on that, we do not accept funds from the US residents, which is a sort of an ICO standard policy.

In some countries, Gambling is banned, but online gambling is available in many countries but BitDice will follow their country rules and regulation if they want to setup in an offline gambling. I hope they have a plan to setup an offline gambling, we have to wait for further information from Dev Team.
