[WTB] mining farm in eastern europe

Hey

We are running small rigs in France and want to expand into mining farms for economies of scale. We are looking for someone to help us buy, setup and manage a 300 GPU mining farm where electricity is cheap (east europe in our case).
Any contact / advice ?
