[Alts] Longminh123, Longpro098, tranle789, manlan1997, and more

After 2 weeks, I saw that someone is using many alt accounts to claim the bounties, I think I will no longer accept him in the campaign.
- Longminh123, always the first to post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003956
- then Longpro098 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003249
- and tranle789 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003128
I am sure that Longminh123, Longpro098, tranle789 are the same person: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2001033.msg20106938#msg20106938 and that is the same thing everyday, 3 minutes between them.

Recently, I saw that three accounts joined my campaign, and I am pretty sure that they are the same person:
- manlan1997 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003961
- toanle098 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003774
- longminh098655 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1003959
I am sure they are linked with the first ones.

Do you have any non circumstantial evidence? The addresses used by manlan1997 and toanle098 seem to be from some online service (thus finding a wallet connection was not possible).
