Kraken don't want to send me back my money!

Hello everybody,

I have 5 names (a first name, 3 secondary names and a last name) on my ID. In the everyday life I use only my first and my last names. For example, at the bank I'm inscribed with my first and last names. Kraken offer the possibility to write 3 names; therefore I wrote my first name, my first secondary name and my last name. I wanted to withdraw money from my account but Kraken wrote me that it is not possible because the 3 names from my account in Kraken do not correspond to those of my bank account (but they accept money from this bank account without any matter...).
Now no more communication is possible with Kraken. They don't answer me. I can only sell and buy but the money that I wanted to withdraw is hold.
Please, do you have any peace of advice?

At this moment you only to wait until they reply you since you contact them already. But why you give your 3 names on kraken while you only give 2 names on your bank account associated with your kraken account on the very first place, it should be the same IMO and thats what matter now. But to think of it, there must be an error when you linked your bank acct to your kraken on the first place and thats there job to warned you but they just ignore it and let you buy some coins there and now they are reasoning that its your fault

Well your problem a little bit complicated.
Try to contact kraken support if it's not work,contact the upline one kraken company

try again and again to contact to support of the kraken there are some hackers that will interupt the transaction sometimes. that is the only thing that i can said in your situation

If you're dissatisfied, just wait it out then GTFO.

That's what I did when coinbase pulled that stunt on me.
I waited for 6 days only to get an automated response.

I've ran back to dNet and Paxful after they restored my coins and the network
became stable-ish.

It seems like you reached to the point that you'll need a good lawyer now. Unless the amount being held is a big money, you are fucked. (or lucky) You are at Kraken's mercy now.

Try to mention bomb them with twits. Open scam accusation threads in every possible way you can. One of them will draw attention eventually.

Absolutely stupid actions from Kraken's support. Every russian has 3 names and every russian has Visa/MC with only two names. They are all in a big trouble while still working with Kraken.

Actually this is your fault. Why would not complete on using those 3 secondary names on the first place? You wont really suffer any problems as of now if you did such thing because they will really base on the names that you input and if they saw ones missing then for sure they will neglect or refuse any transactions. The best thing for now is to contact Kraken regarding on this one.

Different companies have their own forms to fill-in. Some of them have two fields for the name input, some of them one ("Full name"), etc. It's not possible to use universal format for the name especially when you have 5 names

That's really a tough thing sometimes when you do see some forms that wont really be appropriate to put up all five names. So,next time better to put up all five no matter what even on the inappropriate blank space as long you have been stated your five names so that later on you wont really experience problems when it comes to identification. Its quiet hassled but would really be worth later on.

Nothing you can do mate but to wait and see how Kraken will take your case. I have 2 first name myself. But I always used them in all of my transactions because I also have a bad experienced with it several years ago. Although sometimes the field is not enough for my first and secondary name, I still try to fill it in. My first name has 7 characters and secondary name has 6 middle name has 8 characters while last name has 5. So imagine every form that I filled with my complete name. LOL. I just hope your issues will be solved the soonest.

I wrote 3 names because I thought, that it would be more sure that my account is related to my ID, and above all because it is possible to write 3 names at Kraken.

I thought about xslkl0s idea : opening a new account in a new bank with three names. But I first applied mindrusts suggestion : I tweeted my discontentment. Thereafter I wrote a message through

Then they canceled my withdrawal. So now I will open a new account at Kraken with only two names.

Don't open another account. You will look very suspicious. Don't be surprised if your deposit or withdrawal get locked again. I am in the same case like you and I always give only 1. I would give everything if, for example, my bank account has all the names used but it's not the case.
Try to resolve the issue with them by explaining carefully that in your country people usually have more than one name but only use one and only administrative papers use them all.
