Why does it matter when it was graded?
Older grades have seen a bump up in their ratings. an ms-66 in 2013 could probably be a ms-68 now.

ANACs grading seem to have gotten easier on their ratings.

I will try and dig up that info that I do not have at the moment.  Good question. It's a shame ANACS is the only one doing the grading.
