Hi, you can mine Ethereum with VIDEO CARDS.

The best GPUs for ETH mining are sapphire rx 570/580.

Pretty sure he is just referring to some type of ETH miner software.

For software Nvidia and AMD there is the Claymore ETH miner which also has the monitoring software included. His fee is only 1%.

There are also others out there which are open source and completely free. But Claymore is the most popular.

Before a couple of days I switched to Claymore 11.7 . There is improvement on the hash rate.
Also, it's stable. I switched my mining farm to claymore 11.7.

Hello, some one told me to use R9 Fury which Gives 30 mhs on eth and 450 on zcash, I was looking for Gtx 1060 but he told me that it gives 22 mhs on eth and 310 on zcash so due to the confusion  I have not yet build my coin mining setup and still looking for more advices from seniors. I cant take much risk being a newbie to this business.

I would recommend to go with RX580 8gb. Price is around 500 bucks. Compared to others cost is low and gives a Hash rate of 26Mh.
