Somebody was complaining someday about how long does it takes for his transaction to confirm.
As a reply, someone said "ask a miner to include your transaction into blockchain".
Is this possible ?

Today I have the same issue, there is this transaction with 0 fee that won't confirm :

https://blockchain.info/tx/7a0aea7c3ab870dac6fd287134f0435d96a1532a5acfa1a91c219f3e0288a4ee

Is there any way I get it to confirm ?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It is a technique to push that transaction but getting the raw code of this transaction, "ask a miner" is also referred to "ask a node" to include the transaction into a block.

Here is the raw transaction :

01000000019b8128164a943d18d01f383ff4b1870e55024a64f0c191432b7322fd9f565e3800000 0006a473044022002dcac0f8238b6d6ab2c290f371d5fcfe87f6d5c2de1a969583d2e7b90822812 02205e09951423fcaa6e729b2f832c1d41ff8f2fae76a72d307141b9123b2dc2ffce012102213ff ee274d8996928cb3c2a90f49e0caa4c9304253f69791b00d90128abd121feffffff0100e1f50500 0000001976a914f8e21bdbdb61cc01a01bddde960298324ddcb34888acf9480600

Can anyone do something to get that into the blockchain ?

Coin age was next to 0 when this transaction was sent. I have pushed it several times to Bitcoin network because it was getting out of mempools.
Has anyone experienced something similar ? Any ETA for one confirmation ?

Send a message to Quickseller, shorena, knighdk or any other (which i can't remember) that have their full nodes and they can try to push (broadcast) your transaction.

you have the raw transaction, you can push it yourself:

Go to https://blockr.io/tx/push or https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/
paste the raw:

01000000019b8128164a943d18d01f383ff4b1870e55024a64f0c191432b7322fd9f565e3800000 0006a473044022002dcac0f8238b6d6ab2c290f371d5fcfe87f6d5c2de1a969583d2e7b90822812 02205e09951423fcaa6e729b2f832c1d41ff8f2fae76a72d307141b9123b2dc2ffce012102213ff ee274d8996928cb3c2a90f49e0caa4c9304253f69791b00d90128abd121feffffff0100e1f50500 0000001976a914f8e21bdbdb61cc01a01bddde960298324ddcb34888acf9480600

Then broadcast...

BUT: broadcasting a transaction to the network is not the same as getting it into a block. Only the miner that mines the next block can decide to put your transaction in the block he's mining. That is why somebody proposed to contact a big mining pool and maybe pay them a couple of satoshi's to put your transaction in the next block they'll find.

EDIT: i see you have a 191 byte transaction, but added no fee... This might be why some nodes rejected it, it can also cause a very long waiting time. You can try to double-spend your input, but leave a little fee, that way the double-spent transaction might make it into the blockchain relatively easy, costing you only a couple cents...

I can relatively easy help you with this over PM (i'm not going to teach everybody how to create a double spend). I'm leaving for home in about 1 hour tough, so i'll be unavailable untill monday then.

Thanks for your replies.

Yeah, I already pushed it a few times through blockchain.info or blockcypher.
What I need is to get it into a block.

I can't double spend this BTC because I don't have the input private key. I hold the output private key.
I will contact some pools and ask them nicely if they can include this tx into a block.

Do you have any idea how long this "stuck in BTC limbo without fee" can take ?
I have read 48hr, 72hr, 1 week ... But it's almost been one week so I am concerned.

There's no fixed time how long this can take... There are a couple of websites that can give you an estimation if you'd like, but bear in mind that it's only an estimation:
Here you can see an estimation of the time for your given fee: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
Here you can see the current unconfirmed TX's in the mempool: https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions

If you don't hold the pk for the input, you might indeed be best off contacting the biggest pools and see if some of them can help you out, re-broadcasting the tx a couple times a day untill you find one that can help you, or you can try contacting the sender and explaining your situation (be carefull tough, he might decide to create a double spend with one of his own addresses as the output in case you contact him/her)

Hello, I have this situation and I'm not sure I understand what to do.  I need these transactions pushed because I need to regain access to the btc for personal purposes.

https://blockchain.info/address/1BZRFsmoT9xsAZYgmXhbRWFc9tLLG5t6co
This is the address I sent to from LocalBitcoins the .225 transaction.  I then proceeded to make 5 bitcoin sends with auto fees from my blockchain browser wallet, all of which are delayed for over 12 hours now.

https://blockchain.info/tx/06c7db81c3b6b2f41014b7ad3ba56f6b5ccf8cae9634f0cba656ffddde3a6031
https://blockchain.info/tx/b74e6489fd86088a9efa07d99572d27e43989204ec9f4d6f1f458d606825d4c1
https://blockchain.info/tx/c443b87c82a398a1ac98355278e76d6b542cb4a67c7f7db962d3720955d0935d

How do I go about getting these pushed?  When I try and use the pushtx function it says the transaction already exists in blockchain.

How do I rebroadcast this and get it picked up by a block asap?  I used auto fees but after this i'll use higher fees with every send.

the fee is clearly too low the average is now higher more thn 20k satoshi for 226 byte and you payed 14k, ou need to check the size of your transaction and do the math to find the correct amount of fee

you can abandon the tx easily with the last version of core, and do it again with proper fee

Try this:
https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
Moving this thread to services.

It doesn't work with 0 fee transactions:
"users can submit any TXID that includes a minimum 0.0001BTC/KB fee to ViaBTC"
it also doesn't work with not-standard tx that aren't propagated by the nodes (it needs a txid, not the rawtx).

I'm looking for a service similar to the one described in OP, but it seem's it doesn't exist.
