Source code, scrips, apps, codes, or whatever in those lines are not valid collateral. It's just a copy of the code. Nothing will prevent you from defaulting in that case since you just gave the copy and you can just use your own without any problems.

Just lock this, there is no point in your loan request.

Try READING what you were told.  It is not collateral, since you will never want to buy it back - you already have it.
