It appears what you are looking for exactly is a salesperson rather than a researcher (of course sales do require lots of research ) to convince employers to post their jobs in your website for freelancers to bid on. I don't feel that I'm qualified you should put some skills required or any requirement that you think fits the job and I think budget is too low, try to increase it.
