First of all, If you want to start your own Mining farm then you are going to need a lot of investment. Make yourself ready to invest that. And if you dont have enough knowledge about mining or bitcoin as your account is a newvie, You can try reading some posts in begineers and help and start from there. If you have enough mining knowledge, you can go forward
You can purchase a bulk quantity GPU miners or ASIC miners and connect them all together. You wont need any staff if you have enough knowledge orelse hire someone expert.

First, you must do investment, a lot investment for buy some GPU or ASIC like what first comment says. You need some room (or maybe big room) for your mining equipments like GPU/ASIC/Other and some cooling fan (or something like that, idk) and another thing that you need.
After that, you can set up everything become what you want. See google or browsing on this forum, maybe you will found something important.

Staff? I watch video about mining farm on china, they just have 4 (or maybe 5 , i forget) who just do some small task, like cleaning, checking, and another thing like that. Some reference : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8kua5B5K3I

If they want to share their experience, its good. You can learn something from them.

Edit : dont forget about electricity cost

1. You're going to need capital. How much? Depends on you and your project. Mid six figures most likely.

2. Access to cheap electricity. This is a must. You can mine longer with ASICs (or any equipment for that matter) relative to the next person ALA you have cheaper electricity.

3. Warehouse facility, that's located in a cooler climate, with best-in-class ventilation. Check out this facility in China.

you may want to rethink this

You need to find very cheap electricity prices, such as 0.03 dollar/kWh.

Qatar is dry enough that evaporative cooling should work well.
Water availability might be an issue though?

Staff is going to depend on how much of the work you can do yourself and how big of a farm you're talking about.
50 machines or less, possibly 100, no staff needed.

1000 machines, almost definitely need at least a small staff..

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
