the accused prefers to argue with me in pm declaring he is not a scammer.  I challenged him to prove himself here.

he writes as if he is an American, in my humble opinion.  he is clearly fluent in americanized English.

You spammed my inbox. Stop PM'ing is what I told you. I also called you a dumbass. I have NO interest in talking to you. That's what I'm trying to get at. I have nothing to prove to you, because you are a nobody.

The empty barrel makes the most noise. Viceroy is a busy body and I wouldn't be surprised if all this clacking is to distract from his own deeds.

fwiw sending a single pm is not considered spam, even in the ultra conservative Virginia.  glad to see you posting here, rather than my inbox.  any defense yet?

ENG:
The bank transfers in Portugal aren't instant if they are done from a different bank.

And the banks do not work during weekend.

PT:

Vergonhoso.

O rapaz publicou as tuas respostas. Acho que também não gostavas de ter o teu NIB a descoberto.

What information more can i supply?

I only have the pms we sent to each other, my sell post on the portuguese subforum that stats that i want to sell for bt for mtgox average plus 5%.

And the tx details i can get from my bitcoin-qt.

This guy is a joke, like i have nothing else to do.

So i wake up in the morning and say to me: i dont have nothing to do lets go on bt forums and acuse someone of scamming..

If the moderatores do nothing against you, karma will take care of it.

Post your bitcoin address and the address you sent it to the amount was 10btc right?

He will need to show us a screenshot from his relatives homebanking. It usually generates a proof.

Please remember that pending transactions can be cancelled in minutes and as I said if the transfer is done between different banks it may take up to 2-3 working days sometimes.

I was curious about Oldsport because I got a pm about a currency trade from him.  From what I can tell about posts he seems serious about btc, but it's hard to say, the account is only a few months old.  With this stuff going on I certainly don't feel comfortable buying possibly stolen coins.
If he had responded more reasonably I might not feel that way.

Agreed. Scammer or not (based on this thread that still seems to be determined), I sure wouldn't want to do business with him. If someone leant me 10 BTC and wasn't sure if I was going to uphold my end of the deal I'd do everything possible to prove/reassure them I was...

You need to prove the accusation, you can't just call someone a scammer and have it matter.  Please provide evidence the accused stole from you.

To be clear, I was just giving him a tip about expectations of forum members, not saying he should be labeled in any way.

I have a hard time believing this how can you prove that you ever sent any coins to oldsport.  How can you prove that that's oldsport's bitcoin address you sent the coins to and that you didn't just send yourself the coins?

There are many reports pointing out that Oldsport is a scammer.

Do not trade with him until this situation is clarified

So are you suggesting the PM's in the OP are fakes?

The accused admitted to dealing with the OP... read the thread from the start.

Scammer tag would be appreciated until the situation is clarified, if that ever happens.
