XLC is already taken by LeviarCoin - would have been the alternate for Bitcoin Plus.

I will be waiting (it not yet available) for Litecoin Unlimited Grin

Wrote XLTC

Yes, the ticker will need to be revised as @notsofast pointed out, it is misleading. In his case is XLTC which stands for crypsy's diminutive of LTC. A debate will fix this in my opinion Smiley

the first dev created both bitcoin plus and litecoin plus, and just bounced at some point.
But look at bitcoinplus now, 86$/XBC.

With the right advancements, xltc could follow, as it once did in the past.
And probably a nice thing for xltc that it will be introducing POW+block reward (xbc for example = 0 block reward) and will hopefully get a good amount of miners.

xltc will be going to a 4M supply cap, of which 225k coins are in existence already (bought from dev (years ago), mined from POS or traded on exchanges)

Nowadays people only spend time making announcements, even though they already know that their project will not be successful, and only really serious projects can succeed! But, best of luck.

Why Litecoin Plus
What's New?

As of right now Bitcoin is the gold standard of cryptocurrency, mainly because it was the pioneer-project presented in such a category. A second entrance was Litecoin. After long trial and error BTC has reached global adoption, without critical mass adoption. Currently bitcoin is going trough changes that will effect the entire crypto-ecosystem. Litecoin has proven that bitcoin can evolve making it the first to adopt segwit standards. Making it worthy of the "SILVER" title. Unfortunately, even with the new tech and further improvements LTC hasn't reached a proper position in both price and adoption. We aim to correct this by eliminating the problems that led ltc to this stagnated stage, by having a reliable distribution model, by emphasizing on brain power and innovative management techniques. But this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Technically we will derive from LTC & XLC first implementation to reach the LiteCoinPlus. In the new category we're having: Segwit out of the box, masternodes, fast transactions, postponed/programed trx, beautified blocks, and more Smiley

| but no tech will have success unless we have a community to support it, and our main goal is to emphasize on communication and transparency.

if you are making a new coin, you may want to change the name to something that doesn't exist.
LitecoinPlus all ready exsists - you are going to confuse people with your new coin.

From the explorer: http://imgur.com/a/4zl5Z this and that ~70% of supply is held by a few acc... Doesn't look that promising to me... Although i respect the efforts that the last holders are putting in to it.

We agree that the name is in conflict with your tentative to maintain the XLC wallet. So for the time being we'll use the name of LiteCoinPlus as an alias until we fully decide on the Branding strategy. We have the same root, just different vision.

Await ann

You guys deserve the credit... but there is no infrastructure... and it will be hard to move it from that point. And not to brag but, your more of continuing/restarting the project rather than reviving it.
As an idea it will be easier and much more effective to join forces under our development, think about it.

if you are making a new coin, you may want to change the name to something that doesn't exist.
LitecoinPlus all ready exsists - you are going to confuse people with your new coin.

Currently, XLC is considered a dead coin, even with your efforts it is still on the point of no return. My arguments for this conclusion:
- Unknown distribution model
- Unsupported/outdated codebase
- Unknown network status
- Unproven/undesired conceptual implementation
- Disappointed follower base.
- No exchange endorsement
- no trading activity
- chance of scam/coin manipulation, no one knows who is in charge of the monetary supply, eventual oligarchy.
- years of user inactivity.

I wish, but just from a managerial point of view there is just too much to cover... in order for it get back at its pre-distribution popularity.
That is why we're engaging in a fresh start, by reviving the project as an idea.
