I can't tell exact price of rent, because it depends on many factors like number of rooms, place of city and etc. I think that rent of average flat for year would cost 2 btc. But why do you asking? I think it's almost impossible to pay for a rent with bitcoins. And I wouldn't want to pay for it with bitcoins. There are many reasons why...

Each country has a different per capita income, it affects the purchasing power of people in a country.

In my city nobody offers such service (I doubt they even know what Bitcoin is...), in my country it's not very popular, but I could found someone renting apartments for students accepting Bitcoins as an alternative method. From 0.03 BTC to 0.08 BTC monthly it's possible to rent an apartment (however, nothing luxuous and confortable). Anyway I wouldn't waste my Bitcoins this way...

Is it 1 bitcoin for one year long apartment rental fee? 

Here, it's around 6-7 bitcoin per year in central Moscow. I hope I had a price like yours.

Currently, for a month, it costs 0.33(ish) BTC to rent an apartment, however it cost close to 1 BTC for all other living costs included, assuming that you're being conservative with your money. For other cities it can easily be close to 0.5 to 0.75 BTC/month for rent, especially if you're looking somewhere like Vancouver or some places within Toronto. It can be an absolute madhouse when it comes to finding rent that isn't exorbitant, and there are other instances where there are insane rent costs within my city too. It just comes down to where you are looking for the most part.

yeah, kinda expensive where i am..just rent

if you and in utilites and cost of living, 1btc = 1.5 to 2 weeks.

if you have a family you need 1~1.5 btc a week. (this is what happens when house prices go up)
