This whole process really look nice, legit and simple but steemit happens to be the last thing on my mind but it will be very foolish of me not to join this awesome train since the money is guaranteed.

Do i need to make some posts in order get the vote or upvote ?

Sorry for my newbie question but i am creating a steemit account right away.

Of course, you need to post somethig good you like but it should be maximum 4 posts a day because fifth post gives you very low earning.

Sure if you want to, But remember this is just an DEMO, I would like to see this as an Fully version website someday or App,

What I would need help on is creating a submit UpVotes page for all users to add their Steemit post more easier to this web app exchange.

I never seen any website like this before so coder or webmasters bring something here similar or better than mine.

Try to collect follow all my followers, they will follow you back. Followers are must because they will upvote you. Your follower's upvotes are money for you.
You can start posting anything you like. Select 50%-50% steem power while posting your contents.
Maximum 4 contents/day. 5th and afterwards contents do not earn you.
Upvote others so they can upvote you for sure. In brief, every activity gain you money
