Testing a desktop with Asus mini GTX 1070 OC 8 GB on ETC.

I found that the same card gives 30 MHash/s @150 Watts in Windows 10 (with OC tweaks using Afterburner).
On Ubuntu 16.04 it gives 25 MHash/s @ 180 Watts (tried with NVidia Powermixer and tweaked coolbits etc but could not improve).
Sad.

Any ideas how to get similar rate and power usage on Ubuntu as in Windows?
