Im mining at minexmr but i think they dont provide full payments because like i have 400million shared hashes and i got only 5XMR  also the stats is bad like miners going to 2.0kh and after 20min they fall to 300h.

MineXMR has a 1% fee, 10% of which goes to the Monero dev team.
Other than that, their payments are full and as they should be.
But try https://xmr.nanopool.org/ nonetheless.

I dont think that pool.monero.org is official because domain is for sale also the pool has not payments and also 30 miners are connected. And what about the nanopool what are calculations for 2.0Kh /also is that good pool wiith lowrr fees ?

I'm located in the US, and have been using xmr.suprnova.cc. Should I look elsewhere?

My vote goes to nanopool. They've been very reliable and aside from the very intuitive user interface, I love how they have built-in email notifications that alert you anytime that your rigs go offline. This has saved me countless mining days when I would have otherwise spent the whole day at my office not knowing my rigs were offline.

I vote for Nanopool too. Nothing but good experience with them.
But be careful of the static difficulty there, devices with low hashrate, like 500h/s or below, won't get much shares there.
If you have devices like that its better to choose a pool with adjustable difficulty like minexmr.

Nanopool is pretty stable and a lot of big miners in there too, it has a good uptime so far.

I'm using minexmr because they have the highest hash rate. I figure I get a better chance of blocks being found and my accepted shares are not wasted. nanopool is not that far off in terms of hash rate, but my their static difficulty (120k) of my slower CPUs likely won't get an accepted share. vardiff on minexmr is better for low hash rate devices. the hash rate on stats though fluctuate since they have to guess your hash rate based on accepted shares and they never know your actual hash rate.
