Exactly my thought looking at his profile I assume his bitcointalk account is hacked/stolen contact the site officials is the best way to retrieve you account from any site provide some proof.

Why do you need a hacker. This forum isn't the dark net in which you can just hire hackers to hack some weird stuff for you. I would recommend you putting some more information in your thread, and describe your situation. You may be in need of a coder not a hacker, you might have just not understood the difference between them.
