That 'other' site might have a name and please come with a solid proof when you post such trade offers so that one can trust your offer. In case you do not want the risk factor you can always go for virwox.

It is sad to go to virwox. From 29$ usd he will receive 10-14$ in bitcoin as most. It is good to use only if you are disperate. I do recomand localbitcoin, there are several good traders but if you are not having enough reviews you will be forced to send to the traders your ID and some details about your balance.
