User bitcoinore.com keeps spamming his website's link with every other job requirement posted on bitcointalk's services section.Like,

Consider posting this job to https://workingForBitcoins.com as well, working for bitcoins is free, no fees and you pay the freelancer directly

Hey Argwai96, consider posting to https://workingForBitcoins.com, there are no fees for you or the freelancer, and its direct P2P. Meaning you pay the freelancer directly.

I will also help you find people personally. Let me know, and we can get started.

Hey, post it to https://workingForBitcoins.com. I've found Russian translators already, after you post it, let me know, and I will help you find many translators you can choose from. Its free, with no fees for you or the translator.

If you're still looking for help, consider posting to https://workingForBitcoins.com. Let me know if you have any questions, there no fees for you or the freelancer.

I need someone to translate English to German, if you are interested, please post a bid here: https://workingforbitcoins.com/category/website/default/job/translate_english_to_german

And sometimes even with false information...
Try posting to the development forums: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=12.0 There are tons of developers there, one might have a simple solution to your question

I get it,he's trying to promote his website but there are other ways of doing it like forum adds ? It's kinda of become annoying to see this dude sharing his website's link in every other job posted on bitcointalk. Thoughts ?

Advertisements are not allowed in posts.

Thus, this should be considered spam.

If he's only offering a redirect to his site then he's not contributing anything, is he? After all, the website has very little traffic and it is essentially false advertising.

There's no doubt about it. Clear spamming.

Advertisements are not allowed in posts.
Well, technically they can be allowed as long as the links are are part of contributory posts. However, that is not the case here (mentioned later in your post).
