Help for CGminer crashing

OS: Win 8 X64
Card: ATI 7950 gigabyte

Every time i load CGminer it crashes after starting to load something... here have this nice log from CGminer on pastebin.

My cgminer crash also sometimes after i have start that again. I need boot computer before its working again normal. I think problem is in graphic card drivers. I have Gigabyte 7970 and last catalyst version.   Have you try different catalys version?
