- 1 post per week must be in the ANN Thread;
- Must make at least 20 posts per week;
- Posts must be constructive, on topic and of good quality;
- 75 characters minimum;
- 1 bitcointalk account per person(If you are found to be enrolling alts you and your alt are kicked out with no pay);
- No accounts with negative trust will be allowed to enroll on the campaign;
- If you receive negative trust while enrolled on the campaign you will not receive payment;
- If you're placed on SMAS blacklist during your time enrolled you will not be paid
- You are not allowed to advertise any other sites in your signatures
- Posts in any signature campaigns or bounty threads will not count
- Posts in Games & Rounds, Off topic, Lending, Auctions, Politics & Society, Beginners and help, Archival, Investor based games or Micro earnings Sections will not count

I think it is the budget of the owner of the signature campaign and he may not be able to afford higher because he is in the initial stage of his business. As he will get more traffic and his business increase up then he may increase the pay rate.

Every manager keep the rate according to the will of the owner and every owner choose the rate for the campaigns according to their business budget. So it is not bad with that price. that is also better price

That is the whole point of this campaign for now. If it does provide good results budget may increase and rates may start to differ but for now it doesn't make sense to do so.

Why not let them improve first before you let them in instead of letting them in without any assurance that they will get paid in the end?
