Can anyone tell me if this is a mistake of the Electrum wallet or some configuration this morning I was showing the green V and the dates and time right now after I unplugged the wallet and put it back after I formatted the PC no longer appears the V And neither the dates and time now the transactions happens all right only that remains undated. Does anyone know how to solve it?

TL;DR: you are not synced. let the wallet download the blockchain headers and it will be fixed.

Not Verified means the transactions are not confirmed. here is what happened.
an SPV wallet does not have the whole blockchain to fully verify transactions, it relies on the blockchain headers that it receives from other nodes.
if you open your wallet file in a text editor (be care if you decided to do it) you can see there is a JSON like file showing the list of your addresses and in front of them an array of transactions.

your wallet asks the node for these transactions belonging to you and the node gives back all the transactions belonging to your address. you get these irregardless of having the headers file or not.
now as an SPV wallet you check the blockchain header file to see where your transaction is. if it can find the tx then it will consider it as confirmed and the number of confirmation is equal to how deep the tx is in the blockchain.
if it can not find it in the headers (in your case) it considers them as unconfirmed.

these headers are also downloaded separately from the nodes. which may take a little time if you are using a slow connection. or possibly connected to a slow node. wait a little or change the server you are connected to from network option.

The only thing I did when I formatted the pc to recover the wallet was to use the 12 words and recover and it was so no date and time there how do I go back to normal?

How do I download the blockchain headers and will it be fixed ?

Is there a red circle at the bottom right of your wallet like the one in the screenshot?

If there is it means your wallet has no connection to the network. You can try correcting the problem by double clicking the red circle, then unchecking the checkbox labelled "select server automatically" in the window that opens.

Afterwards you can select a server from the list displayed, then click the OK button to close the window. If the red circle turns green it means your wallet has a network connection. If it stays red keep repeating the process and trying different servers.

After you get a network connection electrum should download the blockchain headers automatically.
