As an update, the moderators have told me it matters not whether I am a Cryptopia employee or a Dev of the coin, the scam page stays.
That's the policy that this forum has towards scams. Scams (or potential scams) are not moderated. However, there's a trust system that is used to tag offending users. I've left him/her a negative rating.
